Meat Masterclass

Join us for a Meat Masterclass, where you'll learn skills to give you the confidence and creativity to recreate the recipes using any meat you wish to use. On this Masterclass we'll be focussing on game pies, using locally sourced and excellent quality produce, learning elements of butchery and knife skills, as well as developing your preparation, sourcing, and planning skills along the way.

We are so lucky in Malton to have access to a range of beautiful, local game, and this course is a celebration of our finest Yorkshire produce, and this will be a highlight of this meat masterclass. With local access to the North Yorkshire Moors, game is plentiful, fresh and delicious.

All courses are designed for hands-on learning; covering elements of knife skills and preparation whilst combining the understanding of sourcing fresh, local, quality ingredients with the creativity and exploration to make the absolute best of them.
