You'll develop and enhance your fishmonger skills, and be able to apply these to your home kitchen, enhancing your weekly menu! On our exciting masterclass course, you will prepare 4 dishes and experience a live demonstration of key techniques in preparing and filleting fish, before taking the reins and having a go for yourself. We have many delicious recipes to create and share involving pan-frying, baking, stewing, stocks and broths. You'll enjoy your dishes around the table with your fellow classmates before the close of the day.
